Effective October 16, 2026
Privacy policy
NoLeftFeet gives dancers technique feedback from their videos and their camera. In short: your camera is read on your own device, your sessions are private to you, nothing is sold, and you can delete everything at any time.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address and password, or the Apple or Google account you sign in with. With Sign in with Apple you can hide your email, and then we see only Apple’s private relay address.
- Your age check and filming confirmation: when you first sign in, we ask your date of birth to make sure you’re 13 or older, and keep only that you are, not the date. You also confirm that you’re the dancer in your videos or have permission to film them, and we keep when you did.
- Sessions you save: the video (a clip you upload, or a live session’s highlight video), the moves found with their scores and feedback, a thumbnail picture, and the tracked body positions used to draw the skeleton over your video.
- Sign-in records our sign-in service keeps, such as when you signed in and from which internet address.
What stays on your device
- Live coaching reads your camera on your own device. The picture isn’t sent to us while you dance.
- A live session’s highlight video stays on your device unless you tap Save.
- A clip you upload is analyzed on your device, then saved to your account so you can watch it again with its feedback.
- Your settings, such as whether to record a highlight video, are kept in your browser.
How we use it
Only to run the app: to sign you in, show your sessions and coaching, and keep the service working. We don’t show ads, sell your data, or track you across other apps and websites, and the app has no analytics tools.
Who handles it for us
- Supabase stores your account and sessions and runs sign-in.
- Our hosting providers serve the app and keep standard server logs.
- Apple or Google, only if you sign in with them.
They handle your data only to provide these services to us.
Who can see your sessions
Only you. Sessions sit in private storage that only your account can open. We look at stored data only to keep the service running, to help when you ask us to, or when the law requires it.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your sessions until you delete them. Delete one from its page, or all of them from Sessions. Delete account, in the account menu, deletes your account and everything in it. This can’t be undone.
Children
You must be 13 or older to have an account, and we check when you first sign in. If you’re younger, the account is deleted right away. Younger dancers can be filmed and coached through a parent’s or teacher’s account, with their parent’s or guardian’s permission. If we learn a child under 13 has their own account, we delete it and everything in it. Parents can contact us below.
Security
Everything travels encrypted (HTTPS), and saved sessions are private to your account. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top. For bigger changes, we’ll tell you in the app.
